Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping (UK Policy)

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Zanca cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If your item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised products

Exchanges

To secure a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.

UK & EU Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU regulations. Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.

Refunds
